Requests and confirmation

A booking on this site is a request. It’s confirmed only when we text you to confirm the date and time window.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are estimates, set by aircraft type or size and the service you choose, and are the same at every airport we serve. The final price depends on the airplane’s condition and is confirmed after the job.

Payment

When you book online you may be asked to save a card with Stripe. Nothing is charged when you save it; we charge the final price after the job. You can also pay at service (cash or card) where offered. [Policy on disputed final prices to be decided.]

Cancellations and weather

[Cancellation notice period to be decided.] We may reschedule for weather, wind or airport restrictions, and will tell you as soon as we know.

Access to your aircraft

You’re responsible for making sure we can get to the aircraft (hangar access, gate codes, airport permission) at the confirmed time.

Care and liability

We use products made for aircraft and take care around antennas, static ports, pitot tubes and windows. [Insurance and liability terms to be added.]
